		<description>This line of reasoning is very similar to the argument that one must obey the state authorities since they, while inferior to God, are appointed by him and owed compliance. Also like the reasoning why children should obey their parents, and other examples of authority. So, if one finds paying taxes unconscionable, or complying with other ordinances that amount to restrictions on natural rights, which authority, under God but appointed by him, ought to be contravened, the conscience or the state?
