		<description>Its true  that the authorities that be are of God and that we should actually submit to them as we would God.

But with the talk about human rights and all.. I think submission to God through the authorities needs to be re defined.</description>

		<description>Because of the modern easy distribution of information, the assumption of some people that accusation equates to (at least) some guilt, trial by media, and the entertainment value of court proceedings, I think that name suppression prior to conviction should be the norm. And name revelation afterward should be the case unless there are strong reasons not to.

For those who have a true interest, attending the court in person will have to suffice.

This allows for public trials without exhibitionist trials.
