In the tradition of his popular Is God a Moral Monster?, Paul Copan teams up with Matthew Flannagan to tackle some of the most confusing and uncomfortable passages of Scripture. Together they help the Christian and nonbeliever alike understand the biblical, theological, philosophical, and ethical implications of Old Testament warfare passages.
I met Steve Kumar a few times when I was at bible school in Howick back in 1982. I had no idea he was still around. He was (should say is!) a great guy, great sense of humour. Must try and get to a talk.
He certainly has not lost his touch – he injected lots of laughs into his talk and spoke very well.
We will definately have him back again but next fortnight it is Matt speaking. Definately come along, the evening seemed to be enjoyed by all!
